We are looking for someone to cover the position of administrative assistant at the Embassy’s Trade/Economic Section
Conditions of work:
- Full time position starting on 3rd January 2022
Prerequisites:
- Australian citizenship or holder of permanent residence permit in Australia.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Training in economic and commercial area and experience in a similar role.
- Ability to carry out administrative organization tasks in a busy environment.
- IT skills: intermediate level of Windows, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and email applications.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to the use of new computer tools.
The role entails tasks such as:
- Database management and updating.
- Search, processing and loading of commercial information.
- Statistics management.
- Coordination of business agendas, permanent contact with businesspeople and chambers of commerce, assistance to delegations.
- Management of virtual meetings by Zoom, Webex and similar platforms.
- Preparation of commercial reports.
- General administrative tasks.
- Assist in Embassy activities, including meetings, exhibitions and seminars in order to promote Argentina's exportable supply of goods and services as well as the opportunities for direct foreign investment that Argentina offers.
- Ability to act as Master of Ceremonies in events carried out by the Embassy.
