On April 28, 2016, Macquarie University (Sydney) hosted the Spanish and Latin American Studies Awards ceremony. 

On the occasion, Minister Eduardo Acevedo Díaz awarded, on behalf of the Embassy of Argentina, the Prize for the best Advanced Level Spanish student, to Mr. Hugo Loffhagen. The prize was the book "Cuentos completos" by Jorge Luis Borges.
