The Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Australia informs to Argentina's trade partners that the food industry has been declared essential and it is, therefore, operating normally. All exporting ports of grains, oilseeds and their by-products are open, loading and shipping activities are running on due time and the reception of crops in every exporting processing plant and port is running as usual. It is worth noting that preventive and control measures were implemented to manage those ships entering Argentinian ports from countries with cases of COVID-19.

These are difficult times, Argentina conveys its assurances to the international community that its food industry will keep working hard to bring food for over 400 million people all over the world.
